These Ticket Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the ticket purchaser and/or attendee (“Patron”) and the event organizer, venue, performers, promoters, and their respective affiliates (“Organizer”). By purchasing, possessing, or using a ticket, the Patron agrees to be bound by these Terms.
.
1. Ticket Sales & Admission
All ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, except as expressly stated in the Refund Policy incorporated herein by reference. Admission is subject to venue capacity limits, safety requirements, and compliance with all venue rules and applicable laws.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any Patron whose conduct is deemed disorderly, unsafe, intoxicated, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms, without refund.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by the 24-Hour Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. No refunds shall be issued outside of the limited refund window, except as required by New Jersey law. Failure to attend the event does not entitle the Patron to a refund.
3. Event Changes & Cancellations
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, reschedule, relocate, delay, interrupt, or cancel the event, including changes to performers, lineup, set length, start time, or venue configuration.
Cancelled Event: The Patron’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be a refund of the ticket’s face value, excluding fees.
Rescheduled Event: Tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds, if any, shall be issued at the Organizer’s sole discretion unless otherwise required by law.
No refunds shall be issued for partial performances, late arrivals, shortened shows, or lineup changes.
4. Alcohol Service & Consumption
Alcohol may be brought by Patrons to the venue. By attending the event, the Patron agrees to the following:
Valid government-issued photo identification is required for alcohol service.
The venue reserves the absolute right to refuse admittance to any Patron for any reason, including suspected intoxication.
Patrons assume all risks associated with alcohol consumption and agree to consume alcohol responsibly.
To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law, the Patron releases and holds harmless the Organizer from any claims arising out of or related to alcohol consumption, including injury, illness, property damage, or third-party harm caused by the Patron or others.
5. Assumption of Risk
Attendance at a live event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to crowd movement, loud noise, low lighting, alcohol consumption, physical contact, and unforeseen hazards. By attending, the Patron voluntarily assumes all risks, whether known or unknown, associated with attendance.
6. Code of Conduct
Patrons must comply with all venue rules and staff instructions. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
Disorderly or disruptive behavior
Excessive intoxication
Harassment, threats, or violence
Illegal drug use or possession
Interference with performers or staff
Violation of this section may result in immediate removal without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under New Jersey law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including personal injury, emotional distress, lost profits, or property loss, arising out of or relating to the event, ticket purchase, or attendance.
8. Indemnification
The Patron agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from the Patron’s actions, omissions, violation of these Terms, or violation of law, including alcohol-related incidents.
9. Recording & Media Release
The event may be recorded, photographed, or broadcast. By attending, the Patron grants irrevocable consent to the use of their likeness, image, voice, or appearance for promotional, commercial, or archival purposes without compensation.
10. Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Patron agrees that all claims must be brought in an individual capacity only, and not as part of any class, collective, representative, or private attorney general action. The Patron waives any right to participate in a class action against the Organizer.
11. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and the parties consent to such jurisdiction.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Refund Policy and any posted venue rules, constitute the entire agreement between the Patron and the Organizer and supersede all prior representations or agreements.
BY PURCHASING OR USING A TICKET, THE PATRON ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
