Refund Policy
24-Hour Refund Policy – Comedy Show
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as expressly set forth herein.
Pursuant to this policy, a ticket purchaser may request a refund within twenty-four (24) hours of the original ticket purchase, provided that such request is submitted no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled event start time. Refund requests submitted outside of this time frame shall not be honored.
Refunds, if approved, shall be issued to the original form of payment only. Any service charges, processing fees, convenience fees, or third-party ticketing fees are non-refundable.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
In the event the performance is cancelled, the sole and exclusive remedy available to the ticket holder shall be a refund of the ticket’s face value. In the event the performance is rescheduled, tickets shall remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds for rescheduled events, if any, shall be issued solely at the discretion of the event organizer unless otherwise required by law.
Force Majeure
The event organizer shall not be liable for cancellation, delay, or modification of the event due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government orders, natural disasters, labor disputes, or public health emergencies.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend the event for any reason shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
